ISO/IEC 42001

ISO/IEC 42001, without the mystery.

ISO/IEC 42001 is the management-system standard for AI, and it is already showing up in enterprise RFPs and regulator safe-harbor analyses. We tell you, independently, where you stand against it and whether you are ready for the certification body. We do not build the system for you.

AIMS Readiness Diagnostic

From $18,000 · 4–8 weeks

Where your current practices stand against every 42001 clause and all 38 Annex A controls, each rated on documented evidence. Output: scored diagnostic, sequenced roadmap, executive briefing. Delivered as the ISO/IEC 42001 track of the Gap Assessment.

Certification-Readiness Review

From $20,000 · 4–8 weeks

For organizations that already operate an AI management system: a review of your internal audit, or an internal audit performed under your program (never both for the same organization, so we are never reviewing our own work), a management-review readiness check, an evidence-pack review, and a plain verdict on whether you are ready for the certification body of your choice, with the gaps sequenced if you are not. Scored under SG-MTH-42K-01 v1.0, sold with the Gap Assessment that supplies its Annex A position.

AI Deployment Gate

From $4,000 · 2–4 business days

Certification says the management system exists. The Gate says whether one specific system is fit to be trusted, right now, under named controls. Most 42001 programs need both. How the Gate works →

The line we don’t cross

We are not a certification body and never will be; that separation is what makes third-party assurance worth anything. For the same reason, as of September 2026 we no longer build or operate AI management systems. If you need an implementer, tell us on the triage call and we will point you to the market, with no referral fee. A control we helped design is a control we will not assess.
